Telenor Bank is promoting the new concept of banking with focus on e-banking and mobile banking where customers are flexible to choose time, place and manner in which they perform their financial operations. With this campaign they wanted to raise awareness regarding self care options available to its customers – setting personal banking features by themselves. It was needed to contact great number of potential and existing customers and present key benefits gained through self care options in interesting way using modern technology.
We have associated self care banking option with 3D Selfie figurines standing on Telenor Bank credit card. With this concept we wanted to materialize the fact that with self care options you have in Telenor Bank you are your own banker. The whole project included 3D scanning was done in shopping malls, making of videos with 3D models, production of 3D figurines and activities on social networks.
Activity created great interest among target group participants.
Number of direct contacts was far greater then initially planned..
