Jelen Brand Embassies are selected On-Trade model outlets made to deliver the quality brand experience in order to attract consumers, induce trial, reward loyalty, and make a positive perception of the quality of Jelen Beer.
The Jelen Embassies project lasted 8 months - from July 2019 to January 2020, and in those 7 months we managed to achieve our goals - we achieved positive perception of the quality of Jelen beer, increased sales of Jelen Beer, but also rewarded loyal consumers. We have achieved all this through the several types of activities in 9 different Embassies/pubs held in 7 cities in Serbia. Consumers perceived those activities as fun and engaging, and willingly participated in them, and all of this has added value to the pubs as well. We’ve also experienced the majority of consumers' interest in future events and activities, so they continued to attend to see what else Jelen Beer has prepared for them.
